Perfect combination of stand up fighting and grappling techniques. Using techniques from Full contact kickboxing, K1, and Muy-Thai. The grappling is a combo of Jiu-jitsu and wrestling. As well as MMA scenario training combining our stand-up and grappling to make you a well rounded fighter. You’ll also do a bunch of fitness to make sure your body will learn the harder techniques and be able to do everything with explosive speed and power.
