Biography:
I specialise in kickboxing and grappling and have experience in Muy Thai and K1. I have also done Jiu-Jitsu tournaments and I’m trained in wrestling. Classes are presented by me personally, meaning I can give a lot of one on one attention to all my students to make sure everyone keeps up with our programme. Please don’t be shy to come try out martial arts. Any beginners can do kickbox fitness and the more experienced people can join the MMA program. We do sparring once a week to stay sharp.
